Hair Supply is a Canadian business, although our products ship from the United States, we are mandated by the Canadian Government to charge GST/HST on your order as we are domiciled in Canada.

If the product is unopened you can return it to our Canadian address. You have 14 days from the time of receipt to do this. We will refund your full purchase, less initial shipping charges ($20). We do not accept returns on open products.
